Recommendations on building firms in London SE22 for rear/side extension and loft conversion

Hi,

We are currently in the process of extending our house (rear/side return extension and loft conversion) and are now looking for a builder to complete the works. We have met with the following companies and wondered if anyone has any experience with them and would (or not!) recommend any of the below? Did they complete your work on time and on budget? Would you use them again?

We used Sky High. They did a great job, but I would make sure you lock him into a contract with agreed completion stages. Our build turned out to be complex so no doubt more unexpected stuff than normal. But the team worked very hard, work was to a high standard, and good snagging/aftercare.
