has anyone had one of these boilers fitted recently? We've just had one installed (to replace the same boiler than was about 10 years old) and it is quite extraordinarily noisy. You can hear it rumbling over the sound of the kettle, in the living room, in DD's bedroom. I've had to turn the radio up and I can feel the vibrations when holding a cupboard open on the other side of the room.
Vaillant have been out to look at it and say there's nothing wrong. But we've never had a boiler so loud in the 15 years we've lived here. It's going to drive us nuts once the heating kicks in properly in the autumn.
