Our house went out to 200 people last night and went live with an estate agent. When do you think we can expect viewings? How many viewings?

It depends on your house, your listing, the price, the market in your area, the other houses for sale in your area... How long is a piece of string?

I would hope that you’d have viewings the first weekend if you are in a desirable area. But really this is a question for your agent.

It depends. If it's priced well fairly immediately., if it's over priced, pretty much never.

Depends where you are and what you are selling, reasonably/cheaply priced in Liverpool, will fly out. A bit dear for the local area in Teeside? You’ll be sitting on the market a while.

Thanks Guys, was on previously for £625k, just dropped it to £575k (had an offer for close to £625k, but their buyer dropped out - relisted and didn't sell). We have changed agents...

We only have one for Monday and its been on with the agent for 4 days... is that normal?
