Selling house and need to construct a fire rated barrier to provide 30 minutes of fire protection between the oil tank in the garden and the shed, according to oftec rules.
Removing or moving the shed isn't an option.
Any idea what the best way to achieve this would be? Approximate costs would be useful too!
