Has it all gone wrong at DIY Kitchens?

Getting very worried about all the negative reviews on social media about DIY Kitchens. Does anyone have any recent experience?

We had our kitchen from there last year and it was brilliant! My parents and sister have also bought their kitchens from DIY kitchens too. Great quality and cheaper than wren etc. I had one item damaged from my order but they sent a replacement within a few days. Haven't seen anything negative about them

I've heard they are struggling with production at the moment, leading to very long waits

My understanding is they they are struggling with bespoke painted kitchens relating to a problem with their equipment.

They were coping fine until they became the Mumsnet Kitchen Supplier of Choice, and demand outstripped supply!

My brother's kitchen has been delayed by at least 7 weeks. They told him it was the result of the new machinery.
When he ordered it he only thought it would take 5 weeks, not 12+.
