Conditions of offer

I'm trying to make an offer on a house, EA is making me fill out a form.

Under offer details it asks for offer price and conditions of offer. What do I put there?

Is this where you'd put to stop marketing it? Or ask them to fix the window which doesn't have a handle? I'm reluctant to demand anything at all as it's a very good price as it is and comes with white goods included, although the place needs gutting.

I am a FTB, in case that isn't blindingly obvious! Grin so any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You say conditional to mortgage offer and survey, that’s pretty standard. As you are not legally committed to buying until after you exchange you can still back out. I wouldn't say anything about the window - that’s small stuff especially as you say it is s good price and needs work. If the survey picks up something really big (like subsidence) you can renegotiate.

So I wouldn't say take it off the market please? Or is that standard?

Ask for marketing to stop. Many EAs won't do that until your survey has taken place, but still ask.
