How much did your extension cost?

We are looking to buy a detached house on a large plot. We hope to build a double side extension creating an extra bedroom and en-suite upstairs. The en-suite will be next to existing bathroom.
We also want to do a single storey rear extension, creating a utility room utility, enlarging the kitchen and dining areas and a snug.
We will have an extra lounge, all that’s need is a stud wall here.
We’re hoping services won’t need to be moved as we will site the kitchen most likely where the existing one is.
Rough costs, excluding windows and kitchen/bathroom. Just build to plaster, electrics and plumbing.

Anyway how much did yours cost and what work did you do?

We did roughly the same as you 3 years ago in North Yorkshire. Double side extension to create a playroom and utility with 2 bedrooms and an ensuite wet room, kitchen extension and reroof of an old conservatory. We reused old kitchen units in the utility and reused some windows, without the kitchen the build cost was £90,000.
