Non vibration and less noisy washing machine on a budget

Any suggestions for a quiet washing machine that does not vibrate on a spin cycle too much?

Lg direct drive? They have no belt so are quieter. Which reports would give a more thorough view, but I've had an lg one for 7 years and it's good. Only complaint is that washing machine minutes last much longer than 60 seconds.

Have you put your current one on a sound absorbing board?

I've tried everything :)
