I moved into this property with my 2 year old son about a month ago now and since the day I moved in I have had nothing but trouble with the neighbours on the left side of me they have never spoken to me or anything just the first night I went to put my two year old son to bed and all because the walls are extremely thin and they could hear him crying they shouted shut up through the wall as the days went by it got to the point that they started to bang the walls when he was having tantrums and throwing things around which I understand will be loud for them as I have laminate flooring all over the house so it is loud when he throws things and then there has been the odd nights at early hours in the morning they have just banged on my child’s wall for no reason at all last week at some point they have thrown an egg at my drainpipe the only reason I know it’s them is because where my gate is you wouldn’t be able to see the drainpipe or throw anything at it due to stone sheds blocking it and now from midnight until 3am every night I hear them shouting and banging around luckily my child sleeps through but I keep losing sleep and I am constantly feeling tired and run down as I am up all day and then most the night because of them and I can’t do it it’s ok for them as they sleep most the day so they aren’t losing any sleep what can I do as I can’t carry on like this with them and at the moment I am their only neighbour so I don’t want to put a complaint into council about them and make my situation worse as there is only me and three of them a couple and a guy that live next door anyone got any advice on what I can do it thanks in advance
