How do you fill this one? Is it based on what we know or does it have to be legally accurate? We bought this house 5 years ago, but I’m unable to find a similar for from our purchase time.

We know we own the fence on the left (we replaced it). We don’t know who owns the bottom fence, the one on the right is owned by the neighbours.

Please can anyone guide me ?

I agree with WIFE. If you don't know, say so. If something is an issue for the buyers, it'll be raised in enquiries.

You need to do your best to answer fully and accurately. The form is intended to be filled in by homeowners, not lawyers, though. What's important is that you don't give an answer which you know isn't really correct. In the sections which ask things like have you had windows put in since 2002, if you say yes, make sure you send in a copy of the docs as otherwise the buyer will ask for a copy and that all takes ages.
