Good Morning,

My partner is selling his detached bungalow but when looking on Rightmove when specifically looking for detached nothing comes up. It's being remodelled and it now as living space over two floors including bathrooms. Does anyone know whether he would legally be able to put it down as an house on the search engine of Rightmove?

I take it you mean can he list it as a bungalow? You can probably call it what you like from what you've described it doesn't sound like a bungalow any more. If someone wants to move to a bungalow they arent going to be looking for a house like you describe

i might not be right but usually called dormer bungalows if you have extended the roof space outwards, if he has built a whole new floor with a roof over that then its a house
