How do you find out what a property was marketed for if withdrawn from market?

That was never sold? Can you also see somewhere price reductions?

Zoopla sometimes has that information

Try putting into Google “Rightmove” followed by “street name” “city”. Sometimes old listings will appear

Mummyilovejokes1 · 16/05/2019 17:40

Depends how long ago it was but there is a section on Rightmove called Price comparison report and that will have a list of properties recently removed from the market and the price (i believe). Best to do on a laptop or computer.

Home.co.uk Desktop version price history has that information.

I don't know if it will work if withdrawn though.

I agree Zoopla sometimes shows when a house was listed if you search for that hoise specifically

Make friends with an estate agent who will have access to rightmove plus. It’s all on there but it’s obscenely expensive
