Hypnos beds

Does anyone have experience, good or bad, of Hypnos beds and mattresses please? I recently stayed at a Premier Inn who use these and I had the most amazing night's sleep. Just wondering if they are as good as they are claimed to be long-term and if they're worth the money?

We got a Hypnos mattress (and silent night sprung base) from John Lewis in January.
I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s changed my life. No more back ache, migraines have disappeared. If I didn’t have a two year old who wakes 4/5/6 a night I’d be so well rested!

We have had ours for a few years, still as good as when it was brand new. Would highly recommend.

We bought a Hypnos and are very pleased with it. Colleagues also have favourable reports. We didn't buy a pillow top as some feedback says the pillow top flattens. We have a zip and link, with drawers and mattresses which are different tensions. Both fully reversible and really comfortable. I think you get what you pay for.

There was a notice on the bed when we stayed there last saying "buy our bed" - here's a clicky link - www.premierinn.com/gb/en/why/sleep/buy-our-bed.html - actually not too unreasonably priced.

I didn't sleep too well, but that was only because it's a king size bed and I'm used to super king and my DP decided to bed hog! Honestly, I'd have had more room if I'd got out the bed and got back in on "his" side!

I bought a Premier Inn Hypnos mattress about 2 months ago. It's great! I would recommend it.

Thank you all for your replies.

Thanks FunnyHappyGirl, I've had a look online at other retailers who sell Hypnos and it certainly is much cheaper going through the Premier Inn link. The prices at John Lewis for the same product are considerably more. The link gives a price of £630 for a superking mattress which isn't exactly cheap but quality sleep is essential.

I think those Premier Inn prices are excellent. I paid over £800 for my king size pillow top mattress from Bensons - so to get the mattress for £535 here is very good. I'm saving the link as we're probably due a new mattress soon.
Tempted to book a night in a Premier Inn, just to try it out - which is better than just lying on it in the shop which is how we chose the current one!

@PazRaz10 we stayed in a PI this weekend and it only cost £27.50 for a night so well worth it for a try! Grin

I'm seriously tempted too but need a new divan base too and I'm not keen on the colour of the one they sell through PI.

I slept really well at a PremierInn so bought the bed, or rather the mattress.

(At the time I didn’t even know it was a thing, just googled to find out what mattresses they used.)

Really recommended.
