over 6 weeks ago we looked at a house that ticked 99% of our boxes, put in an offer, rejected and have upped the offer twice to almost asking price, last offer two weeks ago, answer came back she will think about it since then nada zilch nothing, so went looking on right move found a house in the next street to us, ticks 80% of our boxes went to look this afternoon, offered asking price as its lower than the other one, accepted my partner down to the estate agents and subject to survey will be ours and its empty so no onward chain, so no having to wait for someone whos house has been for sale for over a year, two sales already fallen through and though she says shes keen to move dosent seem to want to do what is neccessary to actualy like move out

One can never fully appreciate how fundamentally greedy and obnoxious most people are until one tries to buy a house in England (Scotland at least has a half decent system) Hmm. There are two houses on the same road that have been on the market for a year and the deluded owners have not lowered the price by even £1,000. Both houses are vastly overpriced and in a terrible condition.
