To move or not..

We’ve been in a quandary for a little while about whether to move house or not..

We currently live in a 10 year old fairly typical three story ‘new build’. We have a kitchen/diner, toilet & dining room on the ground floor, living room & a spare bedroom on the middle & two bedrooms, bathroom & en-suite on the top. The bedrooms are all doubles, we have a large living room & a south facing garden. We also live in a nice area with an outstanding primary. I like our house.

Our main concern is what to do with our second child. At the moment, we are in the master & bambino one in the room on the same floor. But when bambino no. two arrives (and grows up & out of our room), do we move no.1 downstairs to the second spare room and have no.2 upstairs with us? Or do they share? Or do we move down to the middle floor & our daughter have the master on the same floor as her sibling?! Confused Or do we move to a more traditionally laid out house..

Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) of having children on different floors to you? I worry about trudging up & downstairs to do toilet trips or feeds etc! Or is sharing a good idea? I again worry about them waking each other up .. I’m probably way over thinking but I’d love to hear thoughts!
