When to sell kitchen and range cooker?

New kitchen being delivered in June and being fitted same week. Currently there is a Howdens insitu, around 4 years old. Also a big range cooker (no idea how old but is in full working order). When should I advertise it for sale? And should I stipulate the buyer removes it?

have a look on ebay to get an idea. There are lots of kitchens, and the buyer needs to be local and have a van. Very often you'll end up taking them to the tip. Sometimes people buy used doors and drawers to match existing, or to facelift their existing kitchn. You can often fit them in a hatchback or estate, without the cabinets.

Cookers are very heavy. I ended up giving mine away on Freegle to some student housesharers.

Advertise now and negotiate with an interested party when they can remove it.

Put the cooker in an eBay auction for 10 days ending on a Sunday afternoon/evening for collection only. If it's a good make, in good, clean condition it'll sell. I sold a year old Neff oven in an auction starting at 99p - it came with the house and wasn't my choice. We weren't actually bothered what we got for it. We had lots of interest and offers. It went for more than any of the offers and someone collected it.

If you know the model and colour of the kitchen, make it clear in your advert.

Thanks, everyone. I appreciate it. I will have a look tonight once DS is in bed.

@bilbodog it is a Stoves 1100 one. Very good condition. It's just too big for our kitchen.

Sold our pretty old green belling range cooker for £120. Got numerous calls about it but sold it to first person. They took it away same night and we managed with micro and slow cooker.
