Thoughts on Kenley?

There is ONE house in the area within budget but it needs work.

We had a look at the area and liked the country-esque feel and the links to London.

Does anyone live there and have any views on the area? Is it with buying there?

The roads running parallel to the a22 godstone road are an old river bed and there was really bad floods there about 5 years ago... it's a bit of a nothing area really but purley and coulsdon one way are nice and Caterham the other way has a good range of shops

This house is ON Godstone Rd, will that be ok?

I had a look at those areas and they're out of our budget as we want a house unfortunately.

I think parts of that road flooded... better on the higher side of the road probably
