Cost for concrete base for shed

Hi folks, can anyone tell me if £1600 is a reasonable price to lay a concrete base for a summerhouse that is 7m x 2.5m ?
It does seem a lot but that might be the going rate. We’re NW London just inside the M25
Thanks

We’ve just had quotes of £600 - £1000 for a 8x10’ concrete base to be put into the lawn at the end of the garden (so material to be shifted by wheelbarrow). We’re Home Counties (outside of M25). Does yours include for disposal of topsoil or existing surface layer as that would add to the cost?

Thanks for your reply, our work sounds similar, so £1600 isn't way out - though i'd rather it was a bit cheaper!. I'll get a couple more quotes .

I'm in NW London and paid £600 for a 2m x 1m base last year.

Materials are expensive.

Ready mixed concrete is around 100 per m3... you probably need about 1.5m3... hardcore similar... plus a damp proof membrane... materials are 300ish... I doubt it would take a builder and 2 labourers more than a day to do it... so I would say half that price was about right

i paid about £690 for 7mtrs x 8.5 mtrs x 8/10cm deep up north from companies like barrow mix for my patio cash - they do if you ask

Skip for soil or grabber? £100-300
Dig by hand or digger? Digger £150-200/day
Concrete from a lorry £250-200
Aggregate £100-200 max
Builder plus mate £300-450 for a day

Doesn't sound way off the mark to me
