Potential Floor Heave

Hi, longtime lurker looking for some advice!

I have been in my home for 5 years and recently noticed quite a few cracks appearing on internal walls. They are all 1mm or less but seemed to be located in a similar area (back right of the house). Mainly to ease my worries I got a structural engineer to check them and do a report. His findings were that they were slight and not a structural issue but that the slightly raised kitchen floor (higher in the middle than the edges) may be a sign of floor heave which could have caused them and to keep an eye for anything else moving for 6 months to a year. I know the floor has been uneven since we moved in (5 years) and there's no signs of tiles cracking since we moved so I'm not too worried but would this be an issue when moving out (we hope tonmove in the next year or two.) Im worried this would be a major cause for concern for any potential homebuyers if the uneven floor is flagged up again. Thanks!
