We're looking to move the kitchen and bathroom, which is at the back of the house, where the manhole is, to the front of the house. Does anybody have any experience with doing this? with costs ect?
Theres no current drainage at the front of the house.
thank you!

It will be expensive. You need to work out how drainage will get under or around the house. Is the sewerage system in the road at the front of the house, or are houses linked to it at the back. If it comes off the road at the front it might be possible but do you have any water?

I would get a building Surveyor round. If you have to reroute under the house, it’s expensive and probably not a good idea. Much easier with a detached house because you have more routes the drainage can take to meet the public sewer.
