Bolier/Water tank setup

I am sure something like this was discussed before but cannot for the life of me find the thread...I also believe there was a resident expert in pigletjohn who gave a decent opinion?, anyway, here goes.

Not long now before the new build (sorry extension) is finished and we will be able to move in.....

We're shortly to install new oil system boiler and I'm after advice on set up. Boiler, tanks etc will be located in the garage, space is not an issue and i'm not having to compromise on this (there isn't, within reason, a budget and i want to get it right).

There are 4.5 bathrooms (all with showers, 2 also have baths). I am looking to have a water softener, oil boiler, and then what ever tanks i need. We have 5-7 bar pressure and approx 50-60 l/pm flow. There's myself and the missus and two kids (well, 18 & 19) who very often have friends stay over. It's very important that we don't run our of hot water after a number of long showers.

So, which boiler, cylinder and softener would people recommend? Is there anything else i need to be considering? Plumber will give me his own opinion but wanted me to do some research myself as well.

Thanks in advance guys
