French patio doors

I have always received good advice on here so thought I would try again😊
We want patio doors made, contemporary but preferbly in wood not aluminium. Our windows are in aluminium, would wood look odd with non wood windows? Alternatively the other option would be to have aluminium wood clad doors.
Has anyone had patio doors made recently in either Accoya or Sapele wood, which would you recommend?
Going in circles with so many options.

I wouldn't go for wood, we have four sets of French patio doors in our house, all facing different positions..they need staining, after a year looks weathered already in areas, because of the sun..ones in areas that don't get the sun, look a different colour..Drives me bonkers 😡 plus chip easily, especially with children driving they vehicles into them!

I am desperate for aluminium doors!

Do you know what type of wood was used? We intend to have them painted, so won't need staining. If we have aluminium we won't get the French door look we are after, the kick boards would be flat rather than panelled.
