Shared Ownership New Build - Extras

Just wondering if anyone has hand any experience with negotiating extras with a shared ownership new build such as flooring etc? We are viewing one soon that I'm pretty sure we will be going for so I'd like to get an idea what (if anything) we would be able to negotiate?

Anyone?

When we bought our SE house we were just so glad to be the ones to get it (only one family sized house in a new build estate) that we couldn’t negotiate anything! We negotiated with the housing association to get them to tile the kitchen and bathroom floors but that was all we managed to get them to do. We had to carpet it when we moved in.
