There is a (bizarre) reason why I can’t ask my architect this...
We have plans submitted for planning. I understand we will need some type of building regulations plans/load calculations too. How do these differ from technical drawings? (We are being quoted upwards of £6k for technical drawings - does this seem right? Are these meeting the needs of both building regs and for the construction companies to quote from)?
