Shutters - Thomas Sanderson

Hello
I was hoping I could get some view on Shutter/blind companies you have used.
I have just had Thomas Sanderson over to quote for 2 patio doors shutters. The products look fab and the salesperson was actually excellent.
However I have done my research and know their products are expensive.

I want to know - do you get what you pay for (e.g. are their shutters truly exceptional and therefore worth it)
Or I’m I falling for their sales patter and I should get a local company in? From what I can see, the local companies all export from China!

Also I am midlands based so any recommendations most welcome.

Hi Spaceshiphaslanded, maybe too late in my reply but I just had a Thomas Sanderson shutters quote and the sales rep said their shutters come from China, and their quote was a grand more than two other independent shutter companies, for near enough the same product...

Can strongly recommend Shutterly Fabulous- fantastic service and competitive pricing. I wasn't impressed with Sanderson, or their sales techniques.

I also used Shutterly fabulous and they were excellent. I think most of the companies use Chinese factories apart from a couple.
