Can someone explain what's going on here?

www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-71025502.html

This property listed on rightmove for £30,000. It doesn't seem to be actively falling down, so is the price a mistake?

It sounds like the flats have been individually sold on as leaseholds, so are you just buying the freehold? But then why doesn't the advert make that clear? Is buying a freehold that cheap?

Can anyone explain this to me as I'm clueless!

If you look at the brochure it says you are buying the freehold for 15 flats @£150 pa = £2250 income pa . Cost is £30k plus vat so payback of 16 years (if there are no costs which presumably there will be). I think the cost is so low as ground rent is low . You’re right it should be clearer

If you look on other websites it says more clearly that it's a commercial sale. Right move have omitted that on the face of it.
