Partner and I plus 16 year old son are looking to move from London to Exeter - seen houses in St Loyes and St Thomas though can’t decide! St Thomas seems to have more of a community feel, though slightly busier, though St Loyes a bit more of a better area, or is it? Sorry, just don’t know - can anyone help please?
