Any one else paying outrageous service charges? Fed up having no control over uncapped and unregulated charges- Half the time they are three times what you would pay if you were in control e.g. insurance. Not in a position to buy freehold and freeholders own 5 out of 8 of the flats anyway. FTT are meant to help resolve these issues but in reality they are generally toothless.
Anyone else in this frustrating situation? Wish we had the same system as Scotland!
