Which type have you got and would you recommend it? How much was it? (Nosey I know Blush)

I ordered one last week after 13 years refusing to get rid of the original door that leaked water, the wind howled through and could probably be knocked down if someone farted on it. Mine is £940 but not fitted yet. We were limited in style as we have a 1920s house with original interior 3-panel doors that it needed to match.

The company I am using has a ‘door builder’ on their website so you can build your door then add it to your house. It’s this one but will have different glass & a door knob instead of a handle.

If security is important to you (weirdly it’s not to everyone - who knew?) then you need to compare the interior structure and locking systems. Some have a grid of solid wood/metal in between the panels which makes them secure and solid and others don’t - which makes them easy to punch through. Some only have 2 locking points and others have them around the top/opening sides.
