We've recently moved and at the border of the front garden we have a hedge, we had the exact same in our old house and it looks dead for 10 months a year...
We'd like to replace it with a small fence, now some of the neighbours have the same hedge and some have fences. Restrictive covenants aside, do we need planning permission to replace our hedge with a low fence?
