Anyone used them?

I’m speaking to one of their advisors tomorrow. It’s another option for us instead of taking a large loan and then remortgaging to pay it back.

Opinions gratefully welcomes.

I did, for a self build. Worked out expensive but they got me what I needed.

Brilliant thanks. Did you manage to remortgage to someone else at the end of the build ok?

The interest free part is worrying me.

Just going through that at the moment, house in the process of being signed off, more hoops to jump through but getting there I think
