Kitchen floor?

We're getting our home ready to sell and need to replace kitchen flooring as it's pretty worn. What's an easy, cheap and attractive way to do please? We're trying to do as cheaply as possible / DIY even... looking for something light.

What's down now?
Getting tiles up is a birch

Lino used to be the cheapest option. Keep an eye for any 'end of line' discontinued pattern tiles on sale. Have your measurements and get a couple of extra boxes in case you get caught short or some crack.

We have vinyl down at moment but it looks really tatty and worn.
