Do not touch Fosters with a barge pole. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional to ourselves, our mortgage broker and ultimately their delays and incompetence led to fall through of our purchase

I used Rhian Thomas at Storrar Cowdry. I thought she was fantastic! Quick to respond and very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend her.

How much should I expect to pay for selling only? A Freehold house and a leasehold flat.

We used Convey Law, a conveyancing firm rather than full blown solicitors - I wasn’t expecting much as it was so cheap but I needed an online firm without constant visits and they offered that. They answered emails promptly and I could speak to my named conveyancer. As I work in an allied field I thought I could keep an eye on things if they weren’t top notch but that turned out to not be needed - Convey did a fantastic job and they were good value.

I had used a local high street solicitor a few years previously and had been underwhelmed by their work and how so very slow they were, they were also four times more expensive than Convey.

Our conveyancing online firm has been better than any local firms listed and cheaper too.

I used James Barron at Phillip Ross Solicitors in Bushey. I couldn’t fault him at all, our buyers used Beaumont Legal and they were absolutely diabolical! We nearly lost our house because they took so long to do anything and then always came back with questions we had already answered.
