Ours desperately needs to be replaced and we’re getting some quotes in. So far we’ve had one quote which was £10k 😐
This was for a flat roof, 1.7x1.3m, dwarf wall, composite door, pvc windows. Not including replacing the door/window leading into the house. Also not including the floor tiling (not sure of that’s standard). Building off/extending the existing flat roof and base (new pitched roof took the quote to just below 15k)
This threw me back just a bit, I was expecting half of that. Google tells me to expect 1100-1200 per sqm roughly.
Am I dreaming to expect lower than 10k?
If you’ve had one done, how much did it cost (and roughly what size)? We’re in East Mids should that make a difference.
