Under stairs toilet cloakroom.

I'm getting a tiny under stairs toilet put in as part of some bigger works. It will be very small but we really could do with the extra loo and are fine with it being cramped for a quick wee. The space measures 137cm x 72cm. The head hight is very good, even at the lower end. Door will be opening out.
Does anyone have anything similar? How do you find it? Any advice, hints or tips for kitting it out would be appreciated. I've seen compact toilets which I'll definitely need. I've rulled out the type of toilet with a sink over the top of the cistern.
I would love to hear if any one else has one as small 😕 and get some inspiration. Photos would be amazing!

That sounds just like the tiny loo I'm having built at the moment, a little bigger even!

We're using a Geberit Sigma 8cm concealed cistern built into the wall plus a back to wall toilet. I researched a lot of short projection toilet arrangements and this seemed to be the best option.

I bought a tiny "Duravit" sink from amazon. I can't remember the name of the loo but it is a Roper Rhodes one.

Glad I'm not the only one! Thanks for the suggestions. Not looked at the conceled cisterns but they definitely need checking out. The lack of access once behind the wall makes me l little nervous though!

Yes weve got one as well - not sure of dimensions but loo under the stairs and small basin opposite. Possibly only tricky for people over 6’ tall but we are all short so we dont care 😁

I have one too! Toilet is opposite the door, tiny basin on the wall to the right of the door. I love it, it’s so handy having a downstairs toilet. I’m nearly 5’9 and it’s fine heightwise. I have a bi-fold door that’s also good as it saves some space.

I've got a tiny under stairs loo - it is the most used loo in the house! The location is great, out of the way, it is nice and warm and no issue with smells.

We have no issues with head height etc. Buy a compact loo and compact basin. Soap dispenser is wall mounted.

Out of curiosity, how much does it cost to put in a downstairs loo? I’d love one
