How much would you offer for this?

£995k, been on a few months but knocked down from 1m50k. No work needed, walk in condition. Would 950k be too cheeky?

I normally offer 10% , so £950 is generous.

I’d try it. They’ve had a big drop, must want to sell. If you offer, it may put them in a position to move forward with whatever they want to buy.

Really depends in comparable... if similar sell for 850k then 950 is way too high.. if similar sell for 1m plus then 950 might be too low. What area is it?
