I've been looking to buy a property. Initially I was looking in Greenhithe but then saw one in Darenth which has made me focus my search there. It seems a bit more rural, it's quieter, some lovely views. But it's cheaper, which makes me question why. I've looked at crime stats and tried googling but that's not throwing up anything obvious. I just wonder if I'm missing something about this area. Or is it that it's not as close to a train station so not great for commuters (not a factor for me as I'd be driving).
