Wire racks for kitchen

Looking for some nice free standing wire racks for recently renovated kitchen. Think something like this: www.google.com/search?q=wire+rack+freestanding&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=RaVGgyq-GIIwGM%253A%252CwVQ1WuJkfpJp-M%252C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kSfzJ6AJJ3BHBtyf1NcvSbx__GrxA&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj9r43Gi6zhAhUhShUIHbcbBSMQ9QEwAXoECAoQBg#imgrc=BB7L9cf32OLR_M:&vet=1

However,

  • the shelves must be readjustable,
  • in particular the bottom shelf because we want to slide our bins in at the bottom (0.8m tall).

Has anyone seen anything like what I describe or have any recommendations? Also, thinking about shoving our microwave on the shelf above the bins so it would need to be steady (perhaps readjustable feet therefore required too...?)

C'mon Mumsnet, you've never failed me to date! ;)

HMD to y'all handsome mums out there too.

I'm not sure you will find one without a bottom shelf (to allow for your bins) as I think the bottom shelf is often used to stabilise the frame of the shelving unit. It might work if the bins were put on a shelf close to the floor - if this is what you meant in your OP then ignore what I just said at the beginning of this paragraph!

Start your search in Ikea .
Some of those on your link look more industrial (like you'd put in a shop or garage) and some more clinical

Ikea had a mock up storage room area set up, some nifty space saving ideas .

The omar system by Ikea is pretty good. We use it in the garage and in the basement for extra storage. There are lots of little baskets and hooks and things you can get to go on it too. You can adjust the height of the shelves - although it might be that the bottom one keeps it all stable....
