We are selling our house. We had an extension put on it and building regulations came round all the way through the works being done.
However we can't find a completion certificate. We remember a conversation with the builder about it but can't remember what that was about!
We need to provide it for the solicitor so do we contact the council? If it was never done can they just come round to do it? Bear in mind they checked it all the way through so we know it was ok.
