Bathroom convesion advise

We are planning to chop up our large bathroom to a small bathroom incorporating the airing cabinet and to a bedroom. I have no idea where to place the toilet bowl, sink and shower or the measurements. This is going to be the main bathroom (only a wc downstairs). I am not planning to have a tub unless some one can convince me. I do not want thebathroom to feel congested. Please see the plans and proposals. In the second proposal I am being greedy to have a small wardrobe as well. Any help and advise are highly appreciated.

Definitely get a bath, unless you’re never planning to sell.
I can’t work our from your images but how small is the new bathroom going to be?

Look up minimum clearances around the toilet, sink and shower / bathtub, you need more space than you'd think so you don't knock in to stuff.
If you don't have a bath elsewhere I'd consider using an Omnitub (small deep Japanese style bath) with a shower over it.
We were going to do similar as our bathroom is downstairs but are splitting the middle bedroom instead (semi detached with a very similar layout) so we don't lose space creating a corridor. But our pipework isn't already in place.

No dimensions on your floorplan so it's hard to say, but it doesn't look like the room would be big enough to fit a sink, shower and toilet in
