I am looking for advice on putting up a fence. My small garden is raised up so I want to put up a picket fence to stop my son running off the edge and dropping down onto the paved path below. I’m just wondering what’s the best way to secure the fence posts into the ground. They will be going into grass. I see you can get spikes are these a lot easier? Any advice would be greatly appreciated I’m a bit of a diy novice but want to save money doing it myself and have found some fairly cheap fence panels in b & m
