Please help me plan my living space in my home we're about to renovate.
Apologies for crap drawing, not my forte. Currently got three separate rooms. Initial plans were to open wall between 1&2 on diagrammed, have kitchen in 2 with large island going in to room 1 and having that as the family open living space and room 3 as the evening snug for adults (no Lego or toys allowed)

HOWEVER today I'm thinking that with open bifold doors and the best part of the garden there where sun spends all afternoon there and it's the main large bit of our garden (it tapers into a small point towards front of house by room 1) that with the kids (7&10) they'd more likely use room 3 as a route to the garden so should we have
Room1 as grown up living room
Room 2 as kitchen
Knock wall between room 2&3 and make room 3 and 2 the open family living bit
Choice 3
Open all walls and have sliding glass doors between either 1&2 or 2&3 -
I'd option 3 which wall would you chose?
Can't use front wall for kitchen as funky windows and units would mess this up
Any other thoughts welcome!!
