Anyone had a simple loft conversion in Victorian terrace?

If so how much could I expect to pay approximately for a basic loft conversion?

No bathroom, no dormer. Window is already in place so it’s just the basic job.

It’s a typical 2 up 2 down Victorian terrace

I was quoted £42k + VAT + bathroom fittings for one with a dormer last year. So quite a bit less than that I imagine?
