Thinking about ideas for our new kitchen and would love your suggestions with the layout. We don’t have funds to extend but want to remodel the current layout to include our kitchen table.

Size is 11’3 x 10 ’10 currently there is an island/pensinula in middle of kitchen which obstructs everything and no place for table. We will take that out along with all the units along that wall. The freezer and oven are along the left hand wall which will go too. The hob and other units are along the right hand wall (floor to ceiling) and sink/dishwasher is in front of the window. The boiler is in one of the square rooms in the top left hand corner (access from outside only) and another fridge and more units in the pantry.

Our plans are to break through the boiler room and fridge/pantry and bring boiler into kitchen (or we’ll move to the garage) We’ll put French doors that lead out to garden. Then brick up the garden door on left hand side but keep the window above sink.

Now im stuck where to have the kitchen units. Should we keep them on the right hand side or on the left? We do not want an island of any kind as it feels cramped (as previous owners have proven) plus an extension of any kind is not within budget. Would love your suggestions!

Sorry for small/blurry pic!

I'd maybe put the kitchen on the left hand side, curving round where the current boiler room and pantry are . Then put french doors in where the sink currently is and the table in front of it/ to the middle of the room.

My thought process is that the space where the boiler room/pantry is looks too narrow for a table -but the logistics /costs of moving services may limit your options.

Really good suggestion and one I hadn't thought of thank you @sorenipples (this is why I love mumsnet!)
