Property evaluations in Aberdeen

My ex is buying me out of our house but deliberately drags things out as prices are falling. It’s part of our divorce agreement and he amends and alters it to drag things out and has now yet again lowered his offer, based on Zoopla. I would like to get a second evaluation (first was organised by him in August last year) - I had an appointment booked before but he decided he was t gonna be home then and I no longer have keys.
I know different estate agents give different prices. Does anyone know one that gives ‘optimistic’ evaluations?
Thanks

You would better to move this to the 'Scotsnet' section on this board as it's likely to have Aberdeen locals who can help.

Just call a reputable surveyor and ask for a scheme 2 survey. That will give you a firm valuation. Estate events in Scotland cannot set value. They can give advice but the surveyor values.

DM Hall and Shephers are good. Likely cost £150 or so.

Agree with Murphy, you need a surveyor to do a basic valuation rather than an estate agent. I've used DM Hall in the past, they're fine. Graham & Sibbald would be another one to try.
