Ds (9) and dd (8) previously shared in old house but have had separate rooms for the last 18 months. They share a room eow when they visit their dads but it is a large room and has a room divider of sorts.
We have a new baby on the way who will obviously be in within at first, and then I had assumed would at some point go in with one of the older ones depending on gender, although appreciate 1 year old and 11 year old not best plan. Moving into 4 bed house not an option.
Older two are best of friends and have said they would rather get bunks and go back in together, I had thought they were too old for this but I guess as long as they are both comfortable then it's still ok and if it did become an issue and they wanted privacy we could have a swap about again down the line.
Really looking for advice or ideas as to how you organise siblings sharing if you have similar set up. Bunks? Room divider? Curtains? Any help or ideas most appreciated!
