We are considering buying a house but would want to make a few changes. Can anyone give an idea of cost for the following:
Add bay window and porch to the front of the house.
Lay decking to 1/3 of the garden and lawn to the rest
Replace bathroom tiles. The bathroom is 6,7 X 5,11
Ps - it is a small terraced Victorian house. There is currently one small window and door at the front of the house.
The garden is approximately 60ft long and is currently paved at one end and grass at the other.
