Hello. I wondered if anyone might know if you can submit a 'Build Over Agreement' when you have planning approval but not building regs? We don't want to delay our build start date (builder's booked) but would like to make a few tweeks to our plans before submitting full building regs. Our architect says, we have to have a full set of building regs before the build over agreement paperwork can be submitted. Is this correct?
