Does anyone know much about Hanwell in Ealing? I'm looking to buy in the area since everywhere else in Ealing is out of my budget. Seems garage and off street parking is standard which is what I want. But house prices are vastly different. Some vendors are asking for 700-800 for area that are average
Is it cross rail pushing up prices? Schools seem to be average nothing outstanding. I'm confused at the sudden surge in prices . Someone explain if you can what you love about the area and don't like. Thanks
