Block plans

May I ask for advice on block plans please? I'm getting some info together to talk to the planning department about a possible self build. What location/block plans do I need and where is the best place to purchase them from? I have the Land Registry plan with title etc but think I'll need other plans. Thank you.

We bought ours online as the one we had when purchased the property was out of date. it was about £13 , think they were called buy a plan .

If you go to the Planning Portal website you'll find lots of useful information as well as links to sites to buy relevant plans.

Thank you. However the plot is quite an odd shape so doesn't neatly fit in a 1:500 box on those sites.
